Led Tabnine's strategic shift from B2C to B2B, building the enterprise positioning and sales enablement programme from the ground up.
Promoted adoption of the SPDX standard — the ISO-recognised Software Bill of Materials format — through campaigns, events, and the launch of a new project website.
Led GTM for Harness's CI and CD modules, reporting into the VP of Product Marketing and the company's executive tiger team.
Joined Weaveworks as it transitioned from an open-source model to open core, helping define GitOps as a category and bringing Weave GitOps to market.
Owned GitLab's SCM use case go-to-market strategy and led the product marketing workstream for the company's largest-ever pricing restructuring.
Hosted two technical podcasts covering software engineering, operations, and the evolving developer landscape.
Drove product activation and reduced churn for a version control system used in game development and engineering, later acquired by Unity.
Built and contributed to developer communities across Madrid and London, including C/C++, Git, and open source advocacy through OpenUK and the Linux Foundation AI.
